These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jili988 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jili988 website and its associated services.

Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jili988 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where closure is initiated by the player or due to inactivity, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
